Fancy French Toast

French toast is a simple dish of sliced bread soaked in beaten eggs and milk or cream, then pan fried. But I don’t like my French Toasts to be soft and limp. I make mine crispy on the outside and soft inside. And I serve them with a generous amount of maple syrup and sliced fruits.
